[BUG] invisible turf and empty science #197

Describe the bug Science tab empty and ground is gone.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. log into the game,
  2. then log out and back in
  3. ground might be black and science tab will be empty

Expected behavior buyable science and ability to see the terrain
