Remove ical-relay #63

ical-relay has gotten an update, now uses yaml. A ready made image is also now availible, so no Dockerifle and build is nevessary anymore.

The relay is no longer required. We use it on our server, but since seperating the docker-compose from the repo, we can remove it from here.

We need to decide how we want to handle that going forward.
