Needs https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/opmonlib/pull/42 to fully fix the unit test.

I can confirm that the unittests and integtests pass (well except small_footprint: incorrect size for TriggerCandidate fragment and longreadoutwindow: due to too small /tmp dir on np04-srv-019) with these 2 PRs.
