Always create an rte #241

This small modification reverts the RTE to be the one from the nightly if there isn't anything setup in the sourcecode or if the build was unsuccessful.

The problem here is that dbt-build fails if there are no subdirectories in sourcecode. That should be fixed/understood. Creating a symlink id dbt-build fails is not quite right
