Outstanding issues with DQM need to be resolved before existing system can be considered stable enough for long-term running without further development.

Dockerfile migration resolved.
Event displays showing sufficiently large time window to see full events.
FFT pathologies understood.

Dockerfile migration is now resolved in the dqm-backend tag dunedaq-v4.0.0
