That's a great question, I thought that was what we wanted, its possible I misunderstood

The objective of this was to enable a flag to print the env vars into the log files, which can be done with the log level (this will be a case of changing the constructed boot commands, as this is where the log files get constructed). We do not need a flag to make this happen
