Jimbrooke/python fixes #6

Fixes for various issues found when testing python commands (hfButler etc) with firmware. Including

  1. Find connections file from $DUNEDAQ_SHARE_PATH.
  2. Add some useful devices to the connections file (and remove some that are not supported here).

Tested by Shyam and Tony with their current workflows (see issue #8). I think we're ready to archive gitlab and switch to this package.
