Improve TP channel masking interface #9

Decide on a format to store channel masks in the configuration JSON object, and then hook this up to the channel masking interface provided by dtpcontrols/DTPPodNode.

ugly as sin, but it's done the masks are stored as 20-element vector of uint64_t
