add log redirection, and no overwriting #116

add a --log-redirection argument to minidaqapp. By default the logs go to ., i.e. unchanged. If somebody specifies something, for example /log, the logs will go on the host on which the app run, in that directory, with a timestamp and with the name of the application and port in their file name.
