remove old imports #47

While playing with v2.5.0, I realised the old imports were causing the configuration generation to fail. I remove the jsonnet that are now not existent. It would be nice to understand how this was working before, but anyway this should fix it.

I think https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/minidaqapp/commit/a70be4f4220d34e9cc5e23669e36d440183a805d already does this (looks like you and Kurt noticed the problem at about the same time)
