Fix the current confgen (broken by a change in readout). See the original issue: https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/readout/issues/131 and the corresponding PR: https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/readout/pull/132

In dataflow_gen sourceemulatorconfig (old fakecardreader) is not used and can be deleted

I think it's ready but it needs some checking. The config can be generated and I have been running for a while without any problems. I put a comment about the raw recording part for TPG
