Change the variable for the channel maps #96

This is the correct name of the env variable for the detchannelmaps package

My initial tests of this change, when I also update to the latest code on the dqm repo, patch/2.8.2 branch and detchannelmaps repo, develop branch look good.

With these changes, I now see integrations tests that include DQM modules in the system work successfully (previous to this, they were not yet working on the 2.8.2 branches).
