Sorry, I forgot to merge this earlier on. Changes are described in here: https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/nanorc/pull/201 (I've just merged that in develop since we'll need them anyway).
I have just run all the dfmodules integration tests, and a default system tests on this, it works as expected.
