Installed HELM in pocket that will be used for initialising Grafana Dashboards in future. Moved Influx into its own directory. Added Grafana-dashboard as a submodule in pocket and deleted the old dashboards. Updated README file to explain how to clone pocket repo.

We have also shuffled the Make file to make it cleaner and easier to understand

Added some of the ers fixes me and @plasorak made yesterday. Everything still runs as expected
