Switch to use of daq-kube #99

As part of the 4.2 release, this shifts pocket to use daq-kube instead of having the deployments as part of the local kind cluster.

In Pocket, this file was opening all the ports needed for services on the kind image. From here it looks like we need to git clone daq-kube in PWD? If so can you update the readme?
