Add channel maps to config/ directory, from where they get installed
in $READOUT_SHARE/config. If no path to the channel maps is specified
in the datalinkhandler configuration, look in $READOUT_SHARE/config,
otherwise use the path specified in the configuration.
nanorc doesn't propagate the $READOUT_SHARE variable by default to the
ssh session that runs daq_application, so this requires a change to
any relevant nanorc configurations too.
