Added the following:

SourceEmulatorModel can set the error bits in WIB headers based on a rate which can be configured in app.json (frame_error_rate).
The WIB frame preprocessing will check frame headers for errors, add them to a counter which is shown in the opmon and push an ErrorMessage to a dedicated queue.
A FrameErrorConsumer, which subscribes to aforementioned queue for testing purposes.
