This is PR is for integrating raw WIB TP implementation into release 2.8.2. It is based on branch patch/2.8.2.

Now I just added a small patch to this PR to add the software equivalent of the raw WIB TP, it was already considered in the configuration generation, so for completeness I add the corresponding link handler for that (it is currently empty, i.e. no implemented functionality inside the processor).

Seems like that you want to change base interfaces with this pull, which is not really nice. Whatever interface (concepts and models) were used on 2.8.2, the RawWIBTP specifics should align to those.
