To be honest, I don't know how the FrameErrorRegistry is used, or if the errors that it reports are something that we need to be worried about, but it seems like we should print out as much information as we can.

I agree Kurt. Some better description is always good for the FrameErrorRegistry. An overhaul of this feature is foreseen soon.
