Define if HV will have its own GUI or will be included on this #5

From previous work on my local repo: Map HV classes using v1.0 code, start integration, modify JSON file, and do test notebook. Also, remember from Louise: "the HV monitoring and controls we will probably want to break out into its own thing, as bring that up will be more controlled and shifting will need to monitor it more closely than the other supplies"

HV won't be included here, probably just a Grafana display.
