All of the changes in this PR were included in the tag used to run MiniProdN1.1 up to and not including the larnd-sim step presented in these slides at the September 2023 collaboration meeting.
To summarise:
Add flexibility to choose an output directory via ARCUBE_OUTDIR_BASE to stages up to and not including larnd-sim.
Update maxpath file for full ND hall geometry generated using finer sampling.
Add to run_hadd the ability to record the amount of POT in each hadded file in a $outDir/POT/${outName}.pot file and use it in the spill building step rather than hard-coded value. Details in run-hadd directory README.
