Sort out why we have truth vertex inconsistencies #53

So far, we can't match:

vertices extracted directly from GENIE
vertices passed through ML reco
vertices passed through MINERvA

The ML reco situation is understood (in Supera particle edges are moved to the edge of the sensitive volume to aid in labeling for PPN, and the interaction vertex is inferred from those). Further diagnostics needed to understand whether MINERvA and GENIE agree, or if not, why.
