BCR: Baseline Change Request A DOE project change, part of the change management system process. MOA: Memorandum of Agreement: A project management methodology that documents an agreement between Fermilab and the LBNF/DUNE-US Project for how Fermilab will support the project.

Also thought these would be useful: NSCF: should be written like FSCF is North Cavern: the location of two of the planned four far detector modules at SURF South Cavern: the location of two of the planned four far detector modules at SURF CUC: Central Utility Cavern and the location of the conventional and cryogenic utilities to be constructed at SURF by LBNF (I think we have this one...)
