28.8 Gb/s is how close to the output capacity of ProtoDUNE DAQ? If Transfer processing has an outage, how long does it take us to catch back up? appears that we had the capacity to catch up for a one day outage within 12 hours, if the daily new file write rate is ~50 TB/day MHK- should we ask for a trigger record manifest in the HDF5 in order to simplify the metadata generation? MHK- Could we get slide 6 with labels for failures and bottlenecks? MHK- 500 TB in two days staged to scratch? Was that from CERN? What’s that average rate? Plot doesn’t look good because we ran out of quota in the middle of the transfer..
MHK- Slide 7 labels? MHK- OSCAR for FNAL-CERN is guaranteed at 10 Gb/s, is that enough? MHK- FTS3 transfer limit was 130 but increased to 500

Wrote first draft for the DOE report now have to add figures, etc.
