QMUL has no default delete method #567

OK I deleted both protocols off of QMUL and re-applied them in order 1,2 this should have the effect of making deletions happen at QMUL again.

need to get inside the rucio reaper and see if it still has the QMUL exception it was getting before.

yes, deleting and re-adding the protocols didn't help. have filed a rucio issue since got no answer on mattermost in 6 weeks

Christos dmitriis says that it's because we don't have any wan_delete method in the configuration with priority 1. Have changed that and enabled greedyDeletion will see what happens.
