Can't open protodune-gw.cern.ch from outside cern and fermilab. #637

didn't work for Doug on his home network or wenlong from Edinburgh. Doesn't work for me from hotel wireless, although it does work from cern eduroam and the private net of the EHN1 DAQ now.

Will put the ssh tunnel instructions back in.
