Basically the screenshot shows that the rucio get (download) is trying to use https first to get the status of the file but it can't do it.. we suspect that problem is confined to RAL_ECHO and it's because there is a extra colon in the path but we have to verify that.

Through debug output wenlong shows that the rucio get is failing because it's missing the gfal2 libs.. could be a problem with the ups/upd setup or could be something bigger. have to check.

need to check the upd depend structure of rucio, to see if it depends on the right python_gfal2_python product. A pip-installed rucio client you would just dump the gfal2.so into the lib area but with this we intend to set up a separate product just for that.'
