LHCONE routing issue from dunegpvm01-10 #116

dunegpvm01-10 have some problems doing xrdfs things to some off-site storage elements. It was first noticed at BNL but there are others as well. Root cause appears to be that 131.225.67.0/24 subnet on which dunegpvm01-10 is on, is not considered part of LHCone on the Fermilab side but may be considered so on outside sites. I have a ticket open with networking, we have to get back to them
