Their first is having trouble, which Is why they were down for 18 days over the holidays.

ce02.lhep.unibe.ch:443 needs to be added.

OSG ticket 75139 filed.

Have added cross-emails of Gianfranco Sciaccia and Colby Walsworth to the respective ggus and osg tickets.
