DUNE global pool not able to talk to OSG factory gfactory-2.opensciencegrid.org #171

INC INC000001175732 filed with Fermilab.. this is likely a known issue, OSG is transferring from old factory gfactory-2.opensciencegrid.org to new factory gfactory-1.osg-htc.org but their communications about this have been nonexistent, Fermilab operators only found out about this when a different frontend had the same problem.

Jeff Dost of the OSG factory says this was a temporary outage. I observe that we can once again submit glideclient class ads to gfactory-2.opensciencegrid.org. It is going to stay up for a while longer.

Interesting to note though that while it was down and we were just going through the CERN factory we had almost 8000 simultaneous cores claimed.
