Requested from the GGUS people. We will presumably need to assign a role in the DUNE VOMS that team ticket people have.

The Operations role has been created and the GGUS people are configuring GGUS to pull the list of DNs from VOMS Admin.

They got it working just before Christmas. I've done some naive tests and I'm only offered LHCb team tickets (which I am eligible to create too.) I need to try an identity which has no LHCb association.
