Need to add Glasgow as a compute site to OSG factory #194

Have emailed Sam Skipsey of Glasgow to ask which one(s) should be used.

It's already in the factory but we have to ask them to add DUNE as a supported VO.. In E-mail communication with Glasgow people, they have the voms in already, working on the tokens.
