Metacat 4.0.1 added a check to see if the checksums field is formatted correctly, (also the created_timestamp)
Upon deploying this check we found that the logs.tgz tarballs are being sent with no checksum at all and it was this that was causing all JustIN jobs to report "outputting failed". Metacat has been temporarily patched to not require a checksum
but we need to determine what is the path going forward--(1) to allow certain files like logs.tgz to continue to not have checksums or (2) to change the wrapper script to at least put in the right size and checksum of the *.tgz tarball. Will cross-reference this with the corresponding metacat issue shortly.
