Check all sites on CERN factory be sure they take DUNE tokens #30

Will CERN factory drop X.509 support in March 2023 when htcondor 9.0 goes away, if so how many of our DUNE sites will it affect?

Latest word is that this drops on May 11, 2023. Marco supplied a list of all sites that we are accessing through this factory (vocms0207.cern.ch). All the htcondor-ce sites take tokens but they may not all take DUNE tokens yet, we should double check.. we have a script to do this from Fermilab ad will do so.

Marco claims that all sites now take tokens in this factory.. still should verify it by means of direct test.

So we know now for sure that there was at least one site in the factory, namely CERN, which takes tokens but didn't take DUNE tokens. Have contacted them but know there will be others.. this has to be highest priority now.

OK we have run them all down and they all do take tokens now except for Victoria and Michigan.. tickets are open for both. Closing this one.
