Poll all sites re. current DUNE VO configuration, both storage and compute. #43

For compute they should all take /dune/Role=pilot and /dune/Role=ETF

For storage most were told to take

/dune/Role=Production and /dune/Role=Analysis

Discussion in March 6 ops meeting led to the conclusion that the best way to contact European sites whose admins are not on dune-computing-sites is to look in GOCDB and look at the appropriate E-mail address there listed. A similar contact system for the OSG is in the OSG Topology tool which is in GitHub.
