Wenlong says he can run a rucio upload job against NIKHEF and it is ok so it somehow might just be a problem with Andrew mcnab's DN

(I can rucio upload files directly to NIKHEF too)

This was fixed when JustIN flipped to using the service cert instead of Andrew McNab's cert.
