US_Clemson disabled in factory? #66

According to Andrew McNab US_Clemson: Glideins pending there almost indefinitely (andrew says now gone from config?)

We should verify.. Andrew has already removed from Justin on this basis.

Resolution--the old Clemson CE osg-ce.clemson.edu, which did support DUNE, is gone, that's why it shows disabled in the factory entry. But there were still 10 glideins pending to that site.

The new hosted-ce that they have deployed does not support DUNE We can conclude Clemson won't be coming back.
