it's an htcondor ce with unconventional port, ask if they have token support.

Only one of the htcondor ce's temporarily on vocms0207.cern.ch that wasn't brought back to gfactory-2.opensciencegrid.org, why?

OK they've copied it also to gfactory-2.opensciencegrid.org and it doesn't work with tokens. Have to file a ticket.
