picked JINR-LCG2 not sure if that is the right site or not. Our site name is JINR_CLOUD which doesn't appear in GGUS

Nikita Balashov says things should be good now. It will be difficult to know that for sure until such time as the vocms0207.cern.ch actually changes over.

condor_q -name cloud-osg-ce.jinr.ru -pool cloud-osg-ce.jinr.ru:9619 -af AuthTokenSubject
shows that in fact we have things authenticating with tokens, closing this.
