Sheffield no glideins call back for 7 days #80

Glideins are being sent to Sheffield and starting and running but never calling back to the htcondor pool., Have opened OSG ticket https://support.opensciencegrid.org/support/tickets/72859

Asking them to pull a glidein log so we can see what is wrong.

Fixed itself on its own.
