US_BNL, US_Michigan, US_UChicago, and US_Wisconsin have all shown non-grey at various times although the latter 3 are grey again at the moment.

CH-UNIBE_LHEP and IN_TIFR have been gray for 40 days apiece those we should investigate.

Closing this.. all those still grey have independent tickets on them now.
