DUNE global pool, doesn't have MATCH attributes set and all jobs going through Justin-prod-sched01 show as UNKNOWN site in monitoring #91

FermiGrid/jobsub pool has variables like this set:

DUNE global pool doesn't have all of this, need to investigate why

This is now fixed. Correct place to put the SUBMIT_EXPRS was on the Justin VM that is doing the condor_submit.
