Add signed distance (b-field lepton charge selection) metric to list of default plots in make_hists #55

Basically want a simple measure of charge in whatever sample you're looking at. Can also add a plot of correct sign vs wrong sign, true bend vs reco, etc.

See figure 1.22 in dune nd PDR
