Change bar types used #58

Currently the used bar types in the reconstruction are V and Y which doesn't make a lot of sense for the stereo view. To prepare for orthogonal view studies it would be very helpful to change Y to U (and making sure that both are tilted) and then use X and Y only for the orthogonal view

Additionally in preparation for the mixed stereo and orthogonal studies, changing the naming of the separate orientation layers of One and Other to their respective orientation (U, V, X) is also necessary
