Added parameters for extrapolation and 3D matching into config/TMS_Default_Config.toml.
Checked for any additional parameters that might have been missed from TMS_Reco (none found).
Cleaned/Removed up some older functions, that were completely commented out.
Fixed more problems with make_hists.py and found temporary fix for empty Line_Candidates and Truth_Info.
