Adding in the option for 90° tilted/rotated layers, referred to as X layers in the reconstruction. They are optional. The function of this not yet tested(!!!) as no files to run the reconstruction on exist as of yet. This will be done asap

Added a fix to issue of if truth needed, the time slicer has to be turned off for track matching by taking the time comparison out

Also fixing in some parts the anchor point of the bars in y
