Adjustments in LE sim/reco workflow #87

Changes in HD and VD simulation and reconstruction workflow needed for the LE production. Highlights:

New radiological model (decay0 v3.4)
VD 1x8x14 with full TPC readout (some products are being dropped after the G4 stage to make the simulation lighter)

This PR should be merged only after https://github.com/DUNE/dunesim/pull/54 and https://github.com/DUNE/duneopdet/pull/44 are merged. Other relevant PR is https://github.com/DUNE/dunereco/pull/73.
