[Enhancement] Ability to get notified for module updates to non-installed mods #147

I would like to have the option to add module update notifications for mods I currently haven't got installed.

For example it could show a notification in the same way installed mods do, and until you click an "OK" button on the module page the message stays.

Tested but it doesn't working well. Closed
