Ability to pause queue #19

It would be great if you could add the ability to pause the queue (not cancel 
it). Basic functionality would be great. Adding a time delay would be even 
better. i.e. pause for 5 mins, 15 mins, 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours.

Its not possible to pause the transcoding process, the UI is using HandbrakeCLI 
to do the transcoding and that does not support pausing or starting at a 
specified point in time.
