It is hard to build data-based charts with components since Figma doesn’t allow for size overrides (this is really weird). But as a workaround, I use auto layout paddings. You can set the element to fill the container and then adjust the auto layout padding to change the element’s size.

So it would be great to have these paddings as a data type.

Honestly, I don’t see any other way of making charts with components except making a variant for each value (which I sometimes do).
